You must enter the correct Game ID and Server ID. For most games we show your player name before you pay. Please check the name is yours.

If you enter the wrong ID, we cannot get the top-up back and cannot refund you.

All prices are in US dollars. We check the price on our server when you pay. Your bank handles the payment. We never see or keep your bank details.

An order is only paid when the bank tells us it is paid. Seeing a success page in your browser is not enough on its own.

Most games are delivered automatically and usually arrive a few seconds after payment. Sometimes the game company is slow, so it can take longer. A small number of games are delivered by our team instead of automatically — for these, delivery can take longer, and the game page tells you which kind applies before you pay.

If we take your payment but cannot send the top-up, contact us with your order number and we will fix it.

Game money goes straight into your account and we cannot take it back. So we cannot refund a top-up that already arrived, unless we failed to send it.

If you paid and got nothing, you get all your money back. Give us your order number when you call.

A coupon code can stop working because it is old, used too many times, or only works on some games. We can stop a code at any time. We can also refuse a discount if someone uses a code the wrong way.

You do not need an account or email to buy from us. Every order gets an order number and a private link. Keep them. That is how you and our team find your order later.
